Accounts Clerk, who will perform a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in our organization.
On a typical day you will:
Administer and process all Petty Cash transactions within the parameters of company policies and procedures
Maintain the Petty Cash ﬂoat and Prepares Reimbursement Claims on a weekly basis
Assist for the procurements at the site
Maintain inventory at the site and keeping records of the inventory movements
Prepare payment vouchers related to various operational and administration expenses
Assist in preparing, checking and verifying invoices
Assist in month end reporting procedures
Maintain ﬁling of the Finance at the site.
Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
Required skills and competencies
A minimum of 1 - 2 years of related work experience in a similar position, responsible for ﬁnance, accounting and cash management
Experience in handling petty cash, preparing vouchers, and accounts payable
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
